MyBest11 Terms and Conditions
- This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Information and Communication Technology Act 2013, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of our website ‘www.MyBest11.app’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “Mobile Application”, or “Platform”), which is managed Overseas Technology Private Limited having its corporate office at Floor 2, House 7, lane 4, Road 12 ,Baridhara DOHS ,Dhaka (hereinafter, referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” and “MyBest11”).
- This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2013 and rules made there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2013. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions (defined hereinafter), “you”, “your” or “User” refers to any natural or legal person (whether a registered user or otherwise) who accesses the Website, its contents and uses the services offered by MyBest11 on or through the Website.
- Your use of our Website and its related sites, services and tools is governed by these Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement that applies to the Website (“User Terms”). By using the Website, you have impliedly agreed to and accepted these User Terms. If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these User Terms (and the rules and policies displayed on the Website), please do not click on the REGISTER/LOGIN, SUBSCRIBE NOW or any other related buttons and do not seek to obtain access to or otherwise use the Website. As long as you comply with the provisions of these User Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.
- MyBest11 is not affiliated with any private or government sports leagues or tournaments unless explicitly stated. Additionally, MyBest11 does not have any official association with any sports teams or individuals.
- The term “MyBest11” used in these Terms and Conditions, refers to both the MyBest11 Website and Mobile Application on Android Play Store and iOS App Store.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- You may download or copy Content only to the extent such download is expressly permitted in writing on the Website. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Content, the Website or any related software.
- Nothing on the Website will be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any image, trademark, logo or service mark on the Website. Anything transmitted to the Website by you becomes MyBest11’s property and may be used by us for any lawful purpose. MyBest11 reserves all rights with respect to copyright and trademark ownership of all material on the Website, and will enforce such rights to the full extent of the law.
- Unless otherwise noted, all Contents are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by MyBest11 or by third parties who have licensed their materials to MyBest11 and are protected by Bangladesh and international copyright laws. The compilation of all Contents on the Website is the exclusive property of MyBest11 and is also protected by Bangladesh and international copyright laws.
- The Website, including all Information, is owned by or licensed to MyBest11 and is subject to and protected by various intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, brand names and other proprietary rights whether under contract, statute or any similar provisions ( “IP Rights” ). All IP Rights are and will remain the exclusive property of MyBest11, its respective third-party licensors or third parties to whom it is attributed and in using the Website, individual Users will not obtain any rights, title or other interest in or to any information on the Website or related IP Rights.
- Subject to the above, individual Users are entitled to view the Information on the Website and to copy and print such information for personal use. Individual Users are not permitted to sell or distribute or otherwise deal with the Information on the Website or any deviations of such information without the prior written consent of MyBest11. The Website uses different web analytics services and is compliant with its Terms and Conditions.
- By accepting the T&Cs, the User grants MyBest11 and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit and/or publish their User’s Content for the following purposes:
- Displaying User’s Content on MyBest11;
- Distributing User’s Content to other users, electronically or through other media;
- Storing User’s Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge; and
- This licence applies to the distribution and storage of the User’s Content in any form, medium or technology.
- Permission to modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, create derivative works or publicly display any content on www.MyBest11.appcan be requested at info@MyBest11.com.
- The User is solely responsible for any material it uploads, posts, emails, transmits or make available on MyBest11 ( “User’s Content” ). The User ensures that it holds the intellectual property rights in their User’s Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. User also agrees not to use or display any names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party on MyBest11. User accepts and agrees that MyBest11 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns will not be liable for any costs, damages, loss or harm, including litigation costs and counsel fees, arising from any claims by a third party resulting from the display or use of any names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights on MyBest11 through the User’s omissions.
- The User consents to receive communications, such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements, from MyBest11 or any of its partners, licensors or associates.
2. USAGE OF WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATION
- Users using the services offered by www.MyBest11.appor the MyBest11 App, including Features, by participating in various contests and games organised on the platform (“Contests”) are bound to follow these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules and regulations defined by MyBest11.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations at any time by posting them on www.myteaam11.com. By using MyBest11 services, Users agree to time-to-time amendments that may be made. Users will be informed of any amendments via email to their registered address or by posting notifications in their accounts. If a User disagrees or does not accept the amendments, they can indicate their non-acceptance within the defined time frame. If a user fails to do so, they will be deemed to have accepted the changes. In case of non-acceptance, MyBest11 reserves the right to restrict the User from using its services and features.
- Additional rules and regulations may apply to the various services offered as part of the features. If there are additional conditions that conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the additional conditions will take precedence.
- MyBest11 offers several interactive functionalities on the App to enhance the user experience. These functionalities are referred to as “features” in all the sections of these Terms and Conditions.
- MyBest11 may, at its discretion:
- Restrict, suspend or terminate a User’s access to all or part of www.MyBest11.appor features of MyBest11.
- Change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the features.
- Deactivate or delete a User’s account and related information and files.
- Reject, move or remove any material submitted by a User (v) Move or remove any content available on www.MyBest11.appand MyBest11 application (vi) Establish general practices and limits for the use of www.MyBest11.appand MyBest11 application
- Revise or add to the roster of players for selection in a Contest
- Assign its rights and liabilities to another entity (after informing users via registered email)
- MyBest11 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate a user’s access, deactivate or delete their account and delete their content without notice if they breach these Terms and Conditions or use MyBest11 services or features illegally or inappropriately. MyBest11 may also take technical or legal action against such a user.
- In case of suspension or deletion due to MyBest11 negligence, MyBest11 will repay the platform fee charged for any features. No refund will be made in case of suspension or removal due to:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate use of MyBest11.
- Circumstances beyond MyBest11’s reasonable control.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users agree to receive communications, including announcements, administrative messages and advertisements, from MyBest11 or its partners, licensors or associates.
3. THIRD PARTY SITES, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS
- MyBest11 platform may contain links to third-party sites, services and products that are owned and operated by independent entities. These third-party sites may have different terms of use for users. MyBest11 does not have control over or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites. The inclusion of links to third-party sites on MyBest11 does not imply endorsement of such sites or any affiliation with their operators.
- Users transact with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, at their own risk. Users are solely responsible for reviewing the policies, terms and conditions of these third parties before conducting any transactions or availing of any services. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of MyBest11, users agree that MyBest11 is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of any transactions, correspondence or related activities with third parties. Any questions, complaints or claims regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant vendor.
- www.MyBest11.appand MyBest11 application features content created and posted by both MyBest11 and various third parties. MyBest11 does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content created by third parties and such content should not be relied upon by users in connection with the use of the features provided by MyBest11 or participation in any contests hosted on the platform.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
MyBest11 collects user information, including personal details and payment information, at the time of registration. This information is subject to MyBest11’s Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed by users on the Privacy Policy page.
5. USER CONDUCT
- The terms and conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use established by MyBest11 are binding on all users and must be strictly adhered to. If a user fails to comply with these terms, MyBest11 reserves the right to take action against the user, which may include but is not limited to:
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating a user’s access to all or any part of MyBest11’s features;
- Deactivating or deleting a User’s account and all related information and files; or
- Refraining from awarding any winnings to the User.
- By accepting the Terms and Conditions of MyBest11, Users agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and at other times as required by MyBest11. Users also agree to keep their registration information up-to-date.
- Each User is allowed to register and operate only one account with MyBest11, whether on the website or the app.
- Users consent to receive all communications from MyBest11 by marking MyBest11 emails as “safe senders.” If a user does not receive MyBest11 emails due to them being sent to the spam or junk folder, MyBest11 will not be held responsible.
- Any password issued by MyBest11 to a User is confidential and must not be shared with anyone else. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and agree to immediately notify MyBest11 of any unauthorised use of their passwords or accounts or any other security breach.
- Users are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of any payment accounts linked to their MyBest11 account. In case of any misuse of the linked payment accounts, MyBest11 will not be liable and such misuse must be reported to MyBest11 immediately.
- Users agree to log out of their accounts after the completion of each session. In the event of any loss or damage resulting from the failure to do so, MyBest11 will not be held responsible.
- Users agree not to engage in or assist in the use of cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with MyBest11’s features and/or experience.
- Users agree not to copy or modify the technology and software associated with MyBest11 and its features, nor to rent, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any rights to any of the associated technologies and software.
- Users agree not to modify or cause the modification of any files, technology or software associated with MyBest11.
- Users agree not to disrupt or overburden the servers or computers supporting MyBest11’s services or the enjoyment of MyBest11 features by other users or persons.
- Users agree not to access MyBest11’s User accounts, servers, or networks associated with MyBest11’s features by any means other than the user interface provided by MyBest11. Users also agree not to engage in activities designed to circumvent or modify any security, technology, device or software associated with MyBest11’s features.
- Users agree not to use the MyBest11 platform for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including, but not limited to:
- Any action or communication that is obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive;
- Harassment, stalking, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights of others;
- Transmitting files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other software or programs that may cause damage or negatively impact the operation of another person’s computer, www.MyBest11.com, MyBest11 application or any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Advertising, offering or selling any goods or services for commercial purposes without the express written consent of MyBest11;
- Transmitting content related to services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters.
- The User shall not engage in or support any sort of attack on MyBest11, including but not limited to the distribution of a virus, denial of service or other attempts to interrupt the services provided by MyBest11 or the use or enjoyment of other MyBest11 users.
6. REGISTRATION
- To sign up for an account on MyBest11, Users must provide their mobile number, which will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification. Additionally, they can enter a referral code to receive a ৳25 Cash Bonus.
- Users can also sign-up using Truecaller if they have a Truecaller account and app installed on their phone.
- Once the User receives the OTP, they must enter it to complete the registration process and log in to their account. To participate in contests, Users must provide accurate information such as their date of birth and the pin code of their residence. The information provided for verification must match the information on their required documents.
- Before using any of the features provided by MyBest11, participants must acknowledge that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and will comply with all the rules, regulations, and terms of use.
7. CONTEST(S), PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES
- The MyBest11 platform conducts various contests as part of the features offered by MyBest11. These contests include fantasy cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball, basketball, handball, hockey, baseball, rugby and US football. Participants in the contests create fantasy teams consisting of on-field players from the relevant match, series or tournament. Points are awarded based on the performance of these players and the user with the highest aggregate of points is declared winner of the contest. MyBest11 may declare more than one winner and distribute winnings accordingly in increasing order of their teams’ scores. The contests comply with the “Fantasy Rules” and other terms, conditions and regulations mentioned in the “How To Play” section.
- Users may participate in paid versions of the contests by paying a pre-defined entry fee, as stated on the relevant contest page. An individual is authorised to create multiple teams for participating in contests unless otherwise specified. In the case of multiple-entry contests, users may submit more than one team but are not allowed to edit their teams after the match deadline is closed. MyBest11 may limit the number of multiple teams allowed in a contest or the number of teams a single user account can create.
- MyBest11 is authorised to charge a predefined entry fee for accessing the features. However, residents of restricted states are not allowed to participate in paid versions of the contests.
- MyBest11 offers three variations in contests:
- Guaranteed Contests
As the name suggests, guaranteed contests offer guaranteed winnings and will not get cancelled, even if they do not meet the participant requirements/ spots.
- Flexible Contests
In flexible contests, there should be at least 3 users and a maximum of 100 users in the contest. If there are two users in the flexible contest, the respective contest will be converted into head-to-head. The flexible contests will get cancelled, if the contest receives less than 50% participation.
For instance,
If a flexible contest has a total of 20 spots and 8 users join the contest, this contest will be cancelled. For this flexible contest to carry on, a minimum of 10 users are required to join.
- Guaranteed + Flexible Contests
Users will also find flexible + guaranteed contests. In these contests, league price and winning is varied depending on the number of users joining the contest. This contest will not get cancelled, irrespective of number of users joining the contest.
- Please note that the league price and winning distribution of flexible contests and Guaranteed + Flexible Contests will change once the match is live.
- MyBest11 holds the right to abandon a contest, adjust its deadline, or change the deadline in unavoidable circumstances beyond its control. The platform can adjust the deadline by 10 minutes or 3 overs (whichever is less) before the official match start time for cricket and by a maximum of 10 minutes for other sports. If MyBest11 is unable to cross-check the official match start time, it may adjust its deadline such that a maximum of 3 overs are bowled in the adjusted time. In the case of the official match start time being after MyBest11’s deadline, the platform may abandon, cancel or delay the start of the contest by extending the deadline in certain unavoidable circumstances, such as weather conditions, technical glitches, non-appearance of teams, natural disasters, etc.
8. PLAY FORMATS
- The game format offered on MyBest11 allows the Users to create their teams even after the playing team for a respective match has been announced. The Users are allowed to create or edit their teams till the last moment, i.e., right before the beginning of the real match.
- The deadline for creating or editing teams is determined by the official start of the match, which may either be extended or shortened based on the sport being played. It is recommended that users save their teams frequently.
- The playing team information for live matches is sourced either from official sources or our experts but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. This information may be updated at any time.
- A green dot will be displayed next to the player’s name on the Create Team page once the playing team information has been received from official sources.
- In the event of errors or inaccuracies in the playing team information due to the official data provider’s shortcomings, no contest entry amount will be refunded. Users are advised to cross-check playing team information on other official platforms.
- It is possible that playing team information may not be available right before the start of the live match, but this occurs infrequently. Users are advised to be aware of this possibility.
9. PLAYER BACKUP
These Terms and Conditions are designed to govern the use of the Player Backup feature (the “Feature”) provided on the MyBest11 platform. By opting to use this Feature, users (referred to as “you”) agree to comply with the terms outlined below. This agreement is in addition to the general terms of service that govern all interactions on the MyBest11 platform.
- Backup Player Selection
- Users may select up to four (4) backup players for their fantasy team from the available player pool.
- The selection of backup players is entirely optional but recommended to safeguard against non-participating players.
- You are allowed to select and modify backup players for your fantasy team an unlimited number of times until the official match deadline.
- Once the match deadline has passed, your selected backup players cannot be edited or altered in any way.
- Automatic Replacement Process
- Replacement of your original players with backup players is automatically triggered at the match deadline under specific conditions.
- Only players who are not announced as part of the starting lineup or are marked as substitutes are eligible for automatic replacement.
- These conditions include adherence to team creation rules, such as player roles, credits, and team constraints.
- Priority and Order of Replacement

- Other unannounced players
- Substitute Captain
- Substitute Vice Captain
- Other substitute players
- Credit Points and Roles:
- Detailed Priority List:
- Replacements for players with the highest credit points are prioritised.
- The next priority is given to the player role, which will be checked based on the backup player priority order selected by the users and replacements will occur accordingly. This ensures that the team composition adheres to the user’s predefined preferences.
- If in any case the above condition isn’t valid for a team, the replacement order is based on the player roles:
(In decreasing priority order)
Batsmen, All-Rounders, Wicket-Keepers, and Bowlers, in that order. - Among players with the same role and credit points, the player whose name appears first alphabetically will be replaced first.
- Prevention of Duplicate Teams
- If backup replacements result in duplicate teams, backup replacements for that team will be cancelled.
- Duplicate teams occur when the same lineup is created for multiple teams.
- In case of duplicate teams, the backup replacements will not be applied, and the team remains unchanged after the match deadline.
- Conditions for Match Availability and Lineups
- Replacements will only occur if at least 7 players from each team’s lineup are officially announced at the match deadline.
- If official lineups are not available at the match deadline, no replacements will be made for that match.
- Points Calculation
- Points earned by backup players who are brought into the team after the original players fail to participate will be calculated based on their actual performance during the match.
- Limitation of Liability
- MyBest11 will not be held liable for any losses, direct or indirect, that you may incur as a result of using the Feature, including but not limited to losses resulting from incorrect setups, player non-participation, or other operational malfunctions.
- Amendments and Acceptance
- MyBest11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure that you remain in compliance with any changes.
- By using the Feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. CONTEST FORMATS
- MyBest11 conducts contests as part of its features, offering both public and private contest options for Users to participate. The following Terms and Conditions apply to both public and private contests (but are not limited to):
- Public Contest:
- MyBest11 may offer a pre-defined number of participants for the public contest format of the contest.
- The public contest format of the contest may be conducted as a paid contest, and the winner may be announced at the end of the contest.
- The minimum number of participants required to make the contest operational may be pre-defined by MyBest11. If the required number of participants is reached, the contest will start as scheduled. If not, the contest will be cancelled and the contest entry fee will be refunded to participants without any deductions or charges.
- MyBest11 is solely authorised to change or alter the total winning amount and the number of winners in any flexible public contest(s) on the app. For instance, the Infinity Contest on MyBest11 is a flexible fantasy contest where the total winning amount and the number of winners are variable and can be changed at any given time, following the total number of participants in the respective contest(s). All the decisions or changes are made under the sole discretion of One Verse Gaming Technology Pvt. Ltd.
- “Teams War” Contest:
- Points will be awarded to teams based on the performance of their individual players. The individual or team with the highest total points at the end of the match will be declared the winner.
- The total points you have in the contest will be calculated by adding up the points from all of your teams. If you have multiple teams, the points from each of them will be combined to give your overall total points in the contest. For instance, if you have three teams in the contest, the total points will be the sum of the points from all three teams (Team 1 + Team 2 + Team 3 = Total Points).
- It is a requirement to pay an entry fee for every team that you participate with. The cost of the entry fee must be paid for each individual team that is registered. Please note that failure to pay the entry fee will result in the team being unable to participate in the contest.
- In the scenario of a tie for any rank, the winning amount will be shared equally among the players who are tied. This applies to any situation where multiple players have the same points, score or any other measurement used to determine the winner of a certain place.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest, or the terms and conditions, at any time without liability. By entering the contest, users consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the app’s privacy policy.
- Private Contest:
- MyBest11 offers private contests as another form of a contest on its platform, allowing Users to create contest(s) and invite friends or other MyBest11 users to compete.
- Private contests are pay-to-play contests with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 50 participants. The minimum winning amount can be ৳20, and the maximum winning amount can be ৳50,000. The users after creating a private contest/(s), will be given a unique identification code called the “Contest Code”, which can be shared by the users among other users to join the contest/(s).
- The User who creates a private contest with 10 or more players is rewarded with a percentage share of MyBest11’s commission if the contest gets filled. The reward percentage is 15% if the contest is filled with 10-14 players and 25% if the contest is filled with 15-50 players.
- The total winning amount in a private contest can be distributed among multiple winners, either manually defined by the User or automatically defined by MyBest11. The User can choose between the two options while creating a private contest.
- Changes to the winning amount and number of participants are not allowed once a private contest is created, except for the name of the contest.
- To join a private contest, the invited User must provide the contest code and pay the contest entry fee. Private contests operate on a first-come, first-served basis and once the required number of participants is reached, no additional participants will be allowed.
- Private contests will not be cancelled even if the required number of participants is not reached, and winnings will be automatically recalculated based on the number of joined participants.
- In the automatic recalculation of winnings, winnings in decimal will be rounded off to the nearest whole number. If the winning amount ends in .5, it will be rounded off to the nearest whole number.
11. LEGALITY OF GAME OF SKILL
- The legality of games of skill, such as those offered on fantasy sports platforms, has been established by Bangladesh gambling legislation and court decisions. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 does not apply to games of skill and in 2020, the Rajasthan High Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) by Ravindra Singh Chaudhary that questioned the legality of playing fantasy sports. The Court held that fantasy sports, as a game of skill where fees are paid to compete for prizes, are a legitimate business protected by Article 19(1)(g) of the Bangladesh Constitution, which guarantees the right to engage in an occupation, trade or business.
- The Contest/(s) offered as the features are considered games of skill as their outcome depends on the participant’s knowledge of the games of cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball, basketball, hockey, handball, rugby, baseball, US football and players, their attention to the Contest and their ability to make strategic decisions. The success of participants depends on factors such as their knowledge of the statistics of the games, the form of the players and the conditions of the match. Participants are required to field well-balanced teams with available resources and make substitutions at appropriate times to earn maximum points.
- By participating in these Contest/(s), each Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are participating in a game of skill.
- More about the legality of MyBest11 can be found at the website of the All Bangladesh Gaming Federation (ABGF). ABGF is the apex industry body for Online Skill Gaming in Bangladesh. ABGF’s self-regulation charter for Online Skill Gaming is based on the principles of Transparency, Integrity and Responsible Gaming.
12. ELIGIBILITY
- The Contest(s) are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are currently residing in Bangladesh.
- Individuals residing in the restricted states may not participate in pay-to-play contests as the laws of these states prohibit participation in games of skill where participants are required to pay to enter.
- Only those Participants who have successfully registered on MyBest11 application and completed the required registration procedure are eligible to participate in the Contest(s) and earn winnings.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to bar individuals residing in the restricted states from participating in the Contest(s).
- If a User is found to be a resident of any of the prohibited states and is found to have concealed this fact at the time of registration, MyBest11 may take actions including but not limited to blocking, resetting, deletion or deactivation of the account.
- If the laws of the prohibited states change and residents are allowed to participate in paid versions of the Game of Skills, these users will be treated as new registrations and previous winnings will not be considered. Any claims of this nature will not be entertained.
13. SELECTION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE WINNINGS
- Selection of Winners:
- MyBest11 will select the winners based on the highest aggregate score of their selected players in the designated round of the contest.
- The number of winners and winnings to be distributed will be pre-defined by MyBest11 before the game begins.
- Individuals who are found creating teams on behalf of other users will be disqualified.
- In the event of a tie, the winning users will be declared as the winners and the winnings will be divided equally among such participants.
- If the users have not complied with the terms and conditions defined by MyBest11, they will not be eligible to receive any winnings.
- Contacting Winners:
- MyBest11 will contact the winners of the contest(s) through email or mobile number provided at the time of registration/verification.
- MyBest11 will publish the list of participants on a separate webpage and inform the winners through email.
- If a winner’s name is displayed on the webpage but they have not received any communication, they must contact MyBest11 within the specified time.
- MyBest11 shall not be held responsible for any communication or omissions that might lead to a situation wherein the results may not be communicated to the Winner. Therefore, users must provide complete and accurate details at the time of registration/verification.
- Verification Process
- Participants must complete the verification process and submit the required documents within the specified time limit to withdraw/receive their accumulated earnings.
- Requests for extending the time limit will not be accepted by MyBest11.
- MyBest11 is authorised to disqualify any winner from withdrawing their accumulated earnings if:
- The provided document or information is inadequate, incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible
- The participant does not fulfil the eligibility criteria
- Any other ground as determined by MyBest11
- Miscellaneous
- Winning distribution and awarding decisions made by MyBest11 are final, binding and non-contestable.
- Participants in paid formats of the contest(s) must not be residents of restricted states.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to disqualify and suspend/terminate the accounts of participants who are residents of the above-mentioned states.
- In case of a head-to-head contest with the same team and captain/vice-captain, no winner will be declared and contest entry amounts will be refunded to the respective user account.
- A User creating or logging in multiple IDs from a single device is a fair play violation and will result in games not being visible to the respective user.
- Free Contest
- MyBest11 often organises free contests, where Users can earn winnings without paying any contest entry fee.
- The winning amount can only be used to join further pay-to-play contests organised by MyBest11 and cannot be used or withdrawn for any other purpose.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to forfeit the winnings of participants below the age of 18. MyBest11 will disqualify such Users and can also suspend or terminate their accounts.
- MyBest11 is authorised to modify or change the winnings offered to the participants declared as the winners of Contest/(s) organised by MyBest11, and the participants not raise any claim or question the decision of MyBest11 related to the winning modification.
- MyBest11 makes no warranties about the quality, suitability or merchantability of the winnings and is authorised to modify or change the winnings offered.
- MyBest11 shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss to the winnings during transportation and the customer will bear any transportation charges.
- The winnings given to the participants are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind.
- Transaction charges for cash winnings will be borne by the customer.
- Suspicious Activity
- Any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to win the game, such as using third-party applications or hacking, will result in the immediate termination of the User’s account.
- Intentionally losing
- Any user engaging in, participating in, assisting or displaying a behaviour to intentionally lose a game or match, will be considered an unfair method of participation and will result in the immediate termination of MyBest11 services for the User.
- Add amount-suspicious activity
- Users can make transactions using multiple methods like UPI, Net banking and digital banking services.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to ask the user to verify the added amount in case of suspicious activity or unverified statements.
- In case of any suspicious activity or unverified/manipulated statements, MyBest11 holds the authority to suspend the user’s account immediately.
14. PUBLICITY
- The winner of the Contest/(s) grants MyBest11 and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising, promotion and any other media purposes worldwide, without additional compensation or consent.
- The winner consents to be available for promotional events as determined by MyBest11 without charge.
- The types of promotional events may include but are not limited to, press events, internal meetings, and ceremonies/functions.

- To participate in the MyBest11 Levels Program, you must be a registered User aged 18 years or older, with a valid account on the platform.

- MyBest11 retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its rules and rewards, or any user’s participation in the Program at any time, without prior notice.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- MyBest11 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any Contest/(s) if it is deemed necessary for compliance with any governmental, statutory, or regulatory requirements or if it breaches legal guidelines.
- Participants agree not to make claims regarding such cancellations or withdrawals.
- Employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, and family members of MyBest11 are not eligible to participate in any Contest(s).
- The User’s MyBest11 Wallet balance, including winnings and the amount added, will expire if not used within 365 days. MyBest11 will make multiple attempts to remind the user of the impending expiry date through various communication modes such as SMS, email, and in-app notifications. To avoid expiration, the user must either play cash contests with the balance from their winnings or added amounts or withdraw the balance to the bank account added on MyBest11 (before the 365-day deadline).
- If the user’s bank account details are unavailable, MyBest11 will require the user to provide the necessary information to process the withdrawal. Failure to submit bank account details within the given time frame will result in MyBest11 forfeiting the amount in the User’s MyBest11 wallet or handling it as deemed appropriate.
- If a user decides to withdraw any amount from their MyBest11 wallet beyond the 365 days deadline, they will be subject to a processing fee. This fee will either be 5% of the total withdrawal amount or ৳10, whichever value is greater.
- If the user does not use their MyBest11 Wallet balance for over 365 days, MyBest11 has the right to forfeit the balance without any obligation to compensate or refund the user.
17. DISPUTE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes related to features or services provided by MyBest11, including the Contest(s) and the interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, shall be addressed by the competent jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh. All sorts of disputes, issues and questions shall be addressed by the court’s competent jurisdiction in alignment with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
- In the event of a legal dispute between the parties, the party raising the dispute must provide written notification (“Notification”) to the other party. The parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual discussion within 15 days of receiving the Notification. If this fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration.
- The place of arbitration shall be in Dhaka, Bangladesh and shall be conducted in English under the provisions of the CPC 1908.
- During the arbitration process, the parties shall comply with the arbitral award and bear the costs of arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator, on their own unless otherwise stated by the arbitral tribunal.
- The arbitrator may pass interim orders and awards, including specific performance, and these shall be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator is bound to provide a rational award.
18. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- For complaints or grievances related to:
- User content believed to violate T&Cs specified by MyBest11 (excluding Intellectual Property Rights infringement);
- User’s access to the MyBest11 platform;
- For a complaint to be considered appropriate for action, it must include:
- Name and contact details (address, contact number, email address) of the complainant;
- Relation with the complainant or individual on behalf of whom the complaint is made;
- If acting on behalf of a person affected by the subject matter of the complaint, name and age of the affected person with a statement under perjury that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of such individual;
- Clear identification of the area of complaint and description of content violations;
- A statement that the information provided in the complaint is verified and accurate
- MyBest11 reserves the right to investigate and take action as deemed appropriate against such a complaint. By accepting the T&Cs, the complainant acknowledges being available for clarification and assistance with the investigation or verification of claims made in the complaint.
19. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- The User agrees to access and use the features provided by MyBest11 voluntarily and at their sole risk and not to hold MyBest11 responsible or liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of their access to the features, including participation in the Contest(s) or acceptance of any winnings.
- The User is responsible for reimbursing MyBest11 and its directors, employees, partners, associates and licensors from and against any responsibility, liability, cost, loss, or expense due to their access to the features, including personal injury and damage to property.
- MyBest11 shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions concerning the winnings.
- The User accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from any illegal activities carried out as a result of non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations regarding the features, including the provision of an incorrect address or other personal details.
- The user consents to defend and hold MyBest11 harmless from any third-party claims arising from their involvement with www.MyBest11.app or participation in any Contest(s) organised on the MyBest11 application.
- The User agrees that MyBest11 shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or mishaps faced due to the features or associated with the Contest(s) or the winnings of the Contests and waives and releases all rights or claims and actions against MyBest11.
20. DISCLAIMERS
- Under applicable laws, MyBest11, its parent/holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors or employees shall not be held liable for any loss, misdelivery, untimely delivery or failure to store any information or material.
- MyBest11 shall not be responsible for any harm caused as a result of downloading or accessing any information or material, including but not limited to games, products, features, servers, sites, cancellation of competitions and winnings. MyBest11 shall not be responsible for any inaccessibility of the features caused by maintenance on the servers, technology failures, failures of service providers, computer viruses, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Furthermore, MyBest11 does not offer any warranty for the content provided on www.MyBest11.appor MyBest11 application, which is distributed on an “as is, as available” basis.
- The User shall bear sole responsibility for any material accessed, downloaded or obtained through www.MyBest11.appor MyBest11 application, and shall bear the responsibility for any damage to their computer system or loss of data that may occur as a result.
- MyBest11 shall make its best efforts to ensure that www.MyBest11.appis error-free and secure, however, neither MyBest11 nor its partners, licensors or associates shall provide any warranty that:
- www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application will meet the User’s requirements
- www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
- The results obtained from the use of www.MyBest11.appand MyBest11 application will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any products, features, information or other material obtained through www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application will meet the User’s expectations
- MyBest11 reserves the right to rectify any errors in the determination of winners or transfer of amounts to a User’s account by using various methods as deemed fit, including set-off of the mistaken payment or deduction from the User’s account. In such events, MyBest11 agrees to notify the U
- In compliance with applicable laws, MyBest11 and its partners, licensors, or associates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to cancel any features, events or Contests that require specific permission or authority from any statutory authority, state/central government or board of directors, if such permission or authority is either not obtained or denied.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user agrees not to make any demands or claims in the event of suspension or closure of any Services, events or Contests organised/provided by MyBest11.
21. MISCELLANEOUS
- Under the relevant legislation, MyBest11 is obliged to notify Users of various events. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Users give their consent that such notifications issued and posted by MyBest11 on www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application or conveyed via email, provided by the customer during registration, shall be considered adequate and authorised and shall take effect upon receipt by the customers. MyBest11 shall not be held liable for any loss of information or failure to notify the User if the User fails to provide accurate and adequate information during registration.
- MyBest11 shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in notifying Users, organising/providing services, features and Contest(s) due to circumstances outside the control of MyBest11, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials or any cancellation of any match related to a Contest. In such events, MyBest11 reserves the right to cancel any related Contest(s) and to process a relevant refund for all Participants.
- MyBest11’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users give their consent that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of www.MyBest11.app and MyBest11 application or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within thirty (30) days of such claim or cause of action arises, or it will be barred forever.
- These Terms and Conditions, including all incorporated terms, conditions and policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user/(s) and One Verse Gaming Technology Private Limited, and govern the use of www.MyBest11.app, superseding any prior agreements between the User(s) and MyBest11 Fantasy Sports Private Limited or One Verse Gaming Technology
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions defined by MyBest11 is deemed indefinite, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to moderate, restrict or ban the use of MyBest11 application and www.MyBest11.appfor any particular user or generally, under MyBest11’s policy from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to permanently close or temporarily suspend any features, including Contest(s).
- Your transaction history, including but not limited to Amount Added, Winnings, Contest Joined, etc., will only be shown for the last 15 days within the app. However, if you require access to transaction history exceeding the 15-day timeframe, for a maximum of 90 days, please contact our customer support team.

22. REFUND
- Any amount added to the MyBest11 account can be utilised to participate in contests, features and contests organised by MyBest11.
- A User may request a refund of any unused amount by sending a written request via email from their registered email address to info@MyBest11.app. MyBest11, at its sole discretion, retains the right to grant or deny the refund request, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
- Once confirmed, transactions made through MyBest11’s services and features are non-cancellable. MyBest11 may, at its sole discretion, allow a User to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the transaction amount, subject to the following conditions:
- The user must send a written request to cancel the payment from their registered email address to info@MyBest11.app.
- If the payment was made for participation in a paid version of the contest, the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round. MyBest11 shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
- The refund, if granted by MyBest11, will be made to the source of the MyBest11 User account, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. The transaction process is subject to additional terms and conditions, which take precedence over present terms and conditions defined by MyBest11 in the event of a conflict. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any contest.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure, event cancellations, technical errors, etc., only the contest joining amount will be refunded and there will be no claim on winnings based on rank.
23. STANDARD TERMS OF PROMOTIONS
- MyBest11, from time to time, offers various promotions that can be availed by the Users. Users are provided with a “Cash Bonus” in the Credit Bonus section of the user’s wallet as a reward for participating in such promotions. The Cash Bonus can then be used for playing on the platform.
- The Users must comply with the Promotion Terms, defined by MyBest11, and these Standard Terms while participating in any promotions. Further, the Users accept and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions, and privacy policies of MyBest11 upon participating in any promotion.
- It is to be noted that the promotions are only open to users in Bangladesh, and participation by proxy is not permitted. Participation in the promotions is voluntary, and participation in one promotion does not guarantee eligibility to participate in another.
- An individual must only participate in promotions through one account registered with MyBest11. The creation of new accounts or the use of multiple accounts is not permitted. Verification of mobile numbers and other account details may be required to participate in a promotion, under the Promotion Terms.
- The verification process may require the submission of personal information. Participants who provide their consent to receive communication from MyBest11 also provide their consent for the collection of their personal information. This information will be subject to MyBest11’s Privacy Policy.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to disqualify any User at its sole discretion from a promotion if the User is found to be engaged in any inadequate, illegal, or unlawful conduct. The deposit of Cash Bonus (if applicable) or the grant of the free-entry (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of MyBest11 and subject to the User’s compliance with these Standard Terms and the applicable Promotion Terms. MyBest11 may change or substitute the Cash Bonus for promotion (if applicable) or free entry (if any) at any time without prior notice to the Users may not substitute the Cash Bonus received for promotion (if applicable) or free entry (if any) for other items or exchange it for cash.
- If MyBest11 identifies or believes that a User participating in the promotion has violated the Standard Terms, Promotion Terms or the terms and conditions of the MyBest11 fantasy game(s), MyBest11 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the benefits of the promotion, including the free-entry or Cash Bonus earned by the participant. Mere participation in a promotion does not guarantee the receipt of any free entry or Cash Bonus indicated as winnings under such promotion.
- MyBest11’s decision regarding the winners and winnings in the context of the promotions shall be final and binding, and no correspondence, objections, complaints, etc. shall be entertained. Promotions may not be combined with any other contest, offer, or promotion that is running simultaneously and organised or conducted by MyBest11.
- MyBest11 holds the right to change, modify, or withdraw any promotions and/or change these Standard Terms and/or the Promotion Terms at any time without prior notice to the Users.
- MyBest11 does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or queries of the participants of the Promotions.
During the 50th meeting of the GST Council of Bangladesh in 2023, a decision was made to impose a 28% tax on online gaming applications. Commencing from the 1st of October 2023, the implementation of a 28% GST on deposits will take effect. So the deposits made by users on the MyBest11 application will now be subject to a Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate of 28%. While this may seem like an additional cost, we’ve got some great news for all! The deducted GST, at the time of deposit, comes back to the user in the form of bonus and it will be credited in user’s deposit bonus wallet. This bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of deposit. Deposit bonus can be used to join the contest or play other games on MyBest11. 23% of contest entry fee will be deducted from the deposit bonus after all other available discounts and bonuses are applied.
Users can monitor the distribution of their deposit and GST deduction in the Wallet section. In the Deposit section, users can see the total amount (inclusive of 28% GST) added in their MyBest11 wallet. As they click on the same, it will reflect:
- The deposited amount in user’s wallet after deducting 28% GST
- Deposit Bonus (same as deducted GST amount)
Deposit Bonus Usage Terms:
23% of contest entry fee will be deducted from the deposit bonus after all other available discounts and bonuses are applied.
The deposit bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of deposit.
The Deposit Bonus amount is non-redeemable and carries no cash value. It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or sold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Deposit Bonus is reflected within the ‘Deposit’ section of the MyBest11 wallet. Users can see the deposited sum (after deducting a 28% Goods and Services Tax), in addition to the Deposit bonus, which is equal to the deducted GST amount.
MyBest11 will not entertain any correspondence, objections, or complaints regarding the Promotion or the issuance of Deposit Bonus. The decision of MyBest11 in this regard will be considered final and binding.
MyBest11 reserves the right to change, modify, substitute, or withdraw the bonus and/or these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion or in response to any fluctuations in GST rates. Such modifications will be conveyed to users through appropriate means of communications, such as email.
24. MYBEST11 PROMOTIONS
REFER & EARN
MyBest11 offers its Users the opportunity to earn a Cash Bonus through its “Refer & Earn” promotion. Users can invite their friends to join the platform and be eligible for earning a Cash Bonus, which shall be credited to the “Credit Bonus” section of the User’s wallet. Both the Referrer and Referent are eligible for earning the Cash Bonus under this promotion. The referent shall earn up to ৳125 Cash Bonus, while the referrer can earn up to ৳1000 Cash Bonus as mentioned in the Credit Bonus section of their wallets.

Any User registering for the first time on the MyBest11 platform shall be eligible for a Cash Bonus worth up to ৳125, visible in the Credit Bonus section of their wallet.
DISCOUNTS & FREE ENTRY
MyBest11 offers a variety of discounts and free entries to contests from time to time to several Users, based on defined criteria at its sole and absolute discretion. The promotion shall only be offered to those who meet the eligibility criteria.
25. VERIFICATION
- To create, register, and operate an account with MyBest11, Users must verify their personal and contact information, including (i) mobile number, (ii) email address, (iii) PAN card details, (iv) address proof, and (v) bank account details such as name, bank name, date of birth, branch, IFSC code, state, driving licence, and Aadhaar card. The images provided by users using MyBest11’s services and features must be scanned copies of original documents, and the image size of these scanned copies must not exceed 2 MB. A scanned image of a photocopy of the User’s PAN card will not be acceptable.
- Participants who are above the age of 18 years and have completed the registration process by providing valid and complete information on the registration form will receive a confirmation email containing their login details.
- In the case of an E-PAN card, a full scanned image of both the front and back of the E-PAN card must be uploaded for the PAN card verification process.
- Users must provide the documents required by MyBest11 during the verification process; alternative documents will not be accepted. PAN cards of Users born before 1968 will not be accepted, and these Users must provide verification proof by emailing an image of themselves holding their PAN card near their face to support@MyBest11.com.
- The verification process at MyBest11 typically takes 1-3 working days to complete. Users will be notified by MyBest11 regarding the completion of the verification process.
- Any changes to the information provided by Users during registration or afterwards must be made in writing and accompanied by a valid document of change. Users are obligated to inform MyBest11 of these changes to update their records. If the User fails to provide such updates, they will be solely responsible for any failure to receive communication from MyBest11.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users provide their consent to provide accurate and adequate information at the time of verification. MyBest11 reserves the right to reject a User’s verification application if the PAN card details and account details do not match.
BANK ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A Bank account, verified by the User, may be deleted at any time if the bank account documents are suspected or found to be falsified documents.
- If the bank account documents are suspected or found to be fraudulent, the User’s account may be blocked for violation of fair play.
- Withdrawals may be withheld if the uploaded bank account documents are suspected or found to be fraudulent, either during or after verification.
- If a User is found to be a resident of restricted states after the bank account verification process, their bank account may be deleted at any time, even after verification.
- Please note that all state bank accounts have been merged with the State Bank of Bangladesh (SBI). It is important to ensure that the correct IFSC code is entered during the verification process.
- The bank account number as shown on the verification image must exactly match the account number entered in the details. The inclusion of leading zeros is mandatory.

28. WITHDRAWALS
In terms of withdrawals, if a MyBest11 User is found to violate the Fair Play Terms or the General Terms and Conditions of the website, MyBest11 reserves the right to take strict measures against the User, including, but not limited to:
- If a User is found to have more than nine referred friends whose mobile number, email address, or PAN card details are unverified, their withdrawal requests may be put on hold or their user account may be blocked permanently.
- If a User is asked to get the details of their referred friends verified by MyBest11 executives, and they have more than nine friends with unverified details, the withdrawal request put on hold will not be refunded to the User’s MyBest11 account and will continue to be on hold.
- If a User is found to have multiple accounts registered under the same name, their withdrawal request may be put on hold or their User account may be blocked, preventing them from further play on MyBest11.
- If a User is found to violate MyBest11’s Fair Play Terms, as outlined on the “Fair Play” page, their ability to play on MyBest11 may be blocked or their withdrawal requests may be put on hold.
- The withdrawals of Users who create a fake referral chain by registering multiple accounts under the same name will be blocked and their withdrawal requests will be put on hold.
- If a User is found to be a resident of Assam, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim or Andhra Pradesh and concealed this fact during registration, their User account will be blocked and their withdrawal requests will be put on hold.
- MyBest11 reserves the right to put a User’s withdrawal request on hold or block their account at any time during its audits, even if the withdrawal request has previously been accepted.
- If a withdrawal request is put on hold and MyBest11 decides, at its sole discretion, to process the request after the User agrees to abide by the Fair Play Terms, the withdrawal will take five to seven working days to process.
- If MyBest11 suspects that a user violates its Fair Play or verification terms, as stated in the Terms and Conditions, it reserves the right to verify the User at any time. MyBest11 may conduct a video call with the User to validate and verify their identity. If the video call is negative, the User account will be blocked and their withdrawal will be put on hold. MyBest11 reserves the right to verify and validate the identity of a User at any time, as it sees fit.
- If a user creates multiple accounts on MyBest11 using a single device, they must ensure that all mandatory verification formalities, including mobile, email, PAN card, and bank account details verification, have been completed for all accounts. Completing these processes will ensure smooth withdrawals for such Users on MyBest11.
28.1 NORMAL WITHDRAWALS
Terms and Conditions for Normal Withdrawals on MyBest11:
- A minimum amount of ৳200 can be withdrawn per day, with a maximum amount of ৳1,00,000.
- Users can withdraw a minimum amount of ৳200 and a maximum amount of 1,00,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawal requests by Users will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 72 hours on weekends, excluding the date the request is made.
- The working days referred to in this context are those of the bank.
- If a withdrawal request is not processed within two to three days after the date the request is made, the User should check their registered email address for any communications from MyBest11.
- The User requesting a withdrawal must not have a violation history on MyBest11.
- In the event of a Fair Play violation, MyBest11 may hold the next and future Instant Withdrawal requests until an appropriate explanation is received. Such cases will be dealt with under the “Fair Play Violation” policy.
- In the event of a dispute, disagreement or concern between MyBest11 and its payment partner, MyBest11 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal requests and amounts until resolution.
29. PAYMENT TERMS
- In respect of any transactions entered into on the MyBest11 platform, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of Contest(s), Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:
- The payment of the pre-designated amount that Users make to participate in the Contest(s) is inclusive of the pre-designated platform fee for access to the MyBest11 Services charged by MyBest11 and the predetermined participant’s contribution towards winnings.
- The MyBest11 reserves the right to charge a Contest Entry Amount, which would be specified and notified by MyBest11 on the Contest page created on the platform, before a User joins such a Contest. The Contest Entry Amount (inclusive of applicable tax thereon) will be debited from the User’s account balance.
- The User may participate in a Contest in which they have to contribute a pre-specified amount towards the Winnings of such Contest. This contribution will be passed on to the winner(s) of the Contest after its completion, as per the terms and conditions of such Contest.
- To ensure statutory compliance with Section 269SU of the Income-tax Act, MyBest11 encourages payments to be made to its bank accounts through electronic modes such as NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. The relevant details can be found on the payment platform.
- It should be noted that the winnings mentioned in all marketing communications refer to the cumulative winnings for a particular series.
In these terms and across all communications, references to “CASH BONUS” shall mean “MyBest11 Credits,” which can only be used and utilised on the MyBest11 platform. The terms “CASH BONUS” and “MyBest11 Credits” are interchangeable and shall only mean “MyBest11 Credits.”
